5. Order Tracking

Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to be updated in the system.
6. Duties & Taxes
- All import duties, customs fees, and taxes are covered by SUCVENT Baby. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
- The price you pay at checkout is the final price — no hidden charges.
7. Customs & Import Regulations
While we cover all duties and taxes, customs clearance processes are managed by local authorities and may occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and most European countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@sucventbaby.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
9. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

- Check with your local post office or neighbors

We will investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If a package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
11. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. SUCVENT Baby is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@sucventbaby.com — we will do our best to update it before the order is dispatched.
